Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent staffing assignments across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital outreach
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and deliver timely solutions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and optimize workflows
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive insights on compensation and talent availability
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of filling urgent and hard-to-fill positions in Oakland/ Bay Area
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Strong knowledge of local labor market dynamics and industry-specific talent pools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and recruitment tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
