Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and industry partners
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and optimize recruitment workflows
- Develop talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions in specialized sectors
- Represent our agency at career fairs and industry networking events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of staffing agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical or professional roles
- Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques and interview methodologies
- Familiarity with Detroit's talent market and industry landscape
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and CRM systems
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
