Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across tech, healthcare, and creative industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic hiring recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment for technical or professional roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Deep understanding of Portland's talent market dynamics
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
