Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time positions in retail, hospitality, administrative, and light industrial sectors
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate documentation
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client companies
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and hiring managers
- Track recruitment metrics and report on weekly performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting or staffing agency experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Knowledge of Wichita job market and local employment trends
