Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and key clients
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidates and job orders
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Present candidates to clients with compelling dossiers
- Drive agency growth through proactive business development
Qualifications
- 3+ years staffing or agency recruiting experience
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and placement
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Professional certification (CPSR, CSP) preferred
