Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and provide staffing solutions.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and our internal database to identify, screen, and engage high-quality candidates for open positions.
- Interviewing & Placement: Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit; manage the full interview-to-hire process.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance and a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Payroll & Compliance: Ensure all candidate timesheets and compliance documentation are accurate and submitted on time.
- Market Expansion: Research market trends in Columbus to identify new business development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or account management (Staffing Agency experience is a huge plus).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn, or similar) to track candidates and clients.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual who is driven by performance-based incentives and weekly payouts.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
