Role Overview:

Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking events, and job boards.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs.
- Manage the candidate pipeline efficiently and ensure timely follow-up on all leads.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever to track candidate progress.
- Provide market feedback and salary insights to candidates to ensure transparency.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or account management.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in permanent or contract roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
