Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making successful placements.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers to understand their evolving talent needs.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events) to identify passive and active job seekers who match client specifications.
- Market Analysis: Maintain a deep understanding of the local Virginia Beach labor market and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct professional interviews, providing constructive feedback to both candidates and clients to ensure a perfect fit.
- Offer Management: Negotiate competitive salary packages and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- CRM Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management within a corporate or agency environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with candidates at all levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Bullhorn, Workday).
- Interpersonal Skills: A natural ability to build rapport, network effectively, and demonstrate empathy with diverse candidates.
- Self-Motivation: A results-oriented mindset with the drive to exceed monthly and quarterly sales/recruitment targets.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve complex recruitment challenges with agility.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
