Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local Long Beach businesses to understand their staffing requirements and workforce challenges.
- Talent Acquisition: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms to identify, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions.
- Placement Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of the placement process, including contract negotiation, onboarding, and relationship maintenance with placed candidates.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends in Long Beach and Southern California to advise clients on salary benchmarks and labor market conditions.
- Recruiting Operations: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
- Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand the agency's footprint within the local market.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management within the Human Resources sector.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, to accommodate client needs.
