- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job order placement to onboarding.
- Develop and execute effective outreach strategies via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
