Responsibilities
- Screening & Sourcing: Review resumes and applications to identify top talent; conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers; prepare interview materials and brief candidates on company culture.
- Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and post open positions.
- Job Posting: Utilize job boards and social media platforms to attract qualified applicants.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends to provide insights to the management team.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Communications is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer navigation.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Raleigh, NC.
