Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions that directly impact millions of users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define product roadmaps.
- Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code while participating in rigorous peer code reviews.
- Contribute to the architecture of next-generation microservices and cloud-native applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to ensure maximum performance and uptime.
- Present project milestones, technical findings, and innovative solutions to executive leadership at the end of the program.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, Java, C++, or Go.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a relentless drive to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
