Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning R&D initiatives with long-term business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of proprietary AI models and machine learning frameworks.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and edge computing.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance standards for AI deployment in 2026.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive innovation in the Future of Work sector.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and external partners.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or technical leadership within the AI/ML sector.
- Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and ethical implications of AI.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is a plus.
