Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overarching technology strategy and product roadmap for our 2026 portfolio.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align engineering capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Quantum) to integrate into future product pipelines.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and adoption of 2026 strategic initiatives.
- Present quarterly strategy updates and technical roadmaps to stakeholders and the board of directors.
- Identify potential strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities to accelerate 2026 goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling software products from conception to launch.
- Deep understanding of modern software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML implementations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience working in high-growth tech startups or enterprise innovation labs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
