Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions in a collaborative environment.
- Work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to define and build new product features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate actively in code reviews, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and engineering excellence.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability.
- Present your project outcomes and technical contributions to executive leadership at the conclusion of the program.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Anticipated graduation date of Spring or Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Familiarity with modern web development frameworks (React, Node.js) or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, a growth mindset, and a passion for learning emerging technologies.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship needs.
