Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, future-proof software systems aligned with our 2026 digital transformation roadmap.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including Generative AI, advanced edge computing, and decentralized Web3 protocols.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers to prototype and deploy next-generation technical solutions.
- Develop frameworks for quantum-safe cryptography to ensure long-term data security.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate future tech trends into actionable business strategies.
- Establish best practices for deploying autonomous AI agents within our core operational pipelines.
- Continuously audit current tech stacks to identify deprecation risks and modernization opportunities.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or a related technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of modern Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning operations (MLOps), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including zero-trust frameworks and post-quantum cryptography.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
