Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for next-generation products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship high-impact features.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.
- Complete three 4-month rotations across various technical domains (Backend, Frontend, AI/ML, and Cloud Infrastructure).
- Identify, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks and complex system bugs.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
- Pitch and develop your own capstone project during the final rotation.
Qualifications
- Anticipated graduation date in Spring/Summer 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and a relentless passion for continuous learning.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly autonomous environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
