Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for Nexus Dynamics, aligning with the company's vision for the 2026 era.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and AI inference.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including predictive AI models and decentralized web protocols.
- Mentor and upskill engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee code reviews, system architecture reviews, and performance optimization initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages such as Python, Rust, and Go.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a focus on serverless and microservices.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and AI integration strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead diverse engineering teams.
