Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical vision and architectural strategy for the 2026 product suite.
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure.
- Lead the research and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI models.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, production-grade engineering.
- Mentor a high-performing team of software engineers and data scientists.
- Establish best practices for security, ethics, and scalability in AI deployment.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated history of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, NLP, and computer vision architectures.
