In this role, you will be responsible for designing secure, scalable smart contracts and building robust decentralized applications (dApps). Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy highly scalable smart contracts on Ethereum and Layer 2 solutions.
- Lead the security audit process and implement best practices for cryptographic security.
- Optimize transaction throughput and minimize gas costs for end-users.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate Web3 libraries (Web3.js, Ethers.js) into React and Vue applications.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap for our 2026 ecosystem.
- Write comprehensive documentation for smart contract logic and API integrations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with 2+ years specifically in Blockchain/Web3.
- Deep understanding of Solidity, Rust, or Go.
- Proven experience with DeFi protocols, NFT standards, or DAO governance mechanisms.
- Experience with blockchain security audits and vulnerability remediation.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) and TypeScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
