Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Develop, communicate, and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the company's long-term vision and financial objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional leaders in product, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Build financial and operational models to predict future performance and validate strategic hypotheses.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to track the progress of strategic initiatives and provide regular reporting to the board of directors.
- Change Management: Guide the organization through strategic transitions, ensuring adoption of new processes and technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or management consulting.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think critically about long-term trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to present complex data and strategies to senior leadership and diverse audiences.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and strategic planning software.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated success in navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
