Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-availability AI infrastructure and cloud architectures using AWS and Kubernetes.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of deep learning models, ensuring optimal performance, latency reduction, and cost efficiency.
- R&D Strategy: Stay at the forefront of emerging AI technologies (LLMs, Generative AI) and evaluate their integration into our product ecosystem.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security teams to define technical roadmaps and solve complex engineering challenges.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML infrastructure, including 3+ years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a focus on AI services.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks and system failures under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
