Job Description
We're seeking a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team on an immediate contract basis. You'll drive user-centered design for our flagship mobile app, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, pixel-perfect interfaces. This is a high-impact role requiring rapid execution and innovative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design process for mobile app features, from user research to final implementation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma/Sketch
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect execution
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with mobile-first products
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and user-centric solutions
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be available to start within 1 week
