Job Description
We're urgently seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This is a high-impact opportunity to redesign our flagship SaaS platform for enterprise clients. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually stunning interfaces that drive user engagement. This contract requires immediate availability and runs for 6 months with potential extension. Work in our modern downtown San Diego office with flexible hours and top-tier resources.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for enterprise SaaS platform redesign
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs
- Establish and maintain design systems for scalability
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels
- Present design concepts to C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise design solutions
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with agile development processes and Jira
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
