Key Responsibilities:

- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social networking, to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, coordination, and feedback collection.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective talent pipelines.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly status reports.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Proven experience in contract or part-time technical recruiting (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical stack requirements.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Valid work authorization in the United States.
