Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business objectives
- Create comprehensive design systems and maintain consistent visual language
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and documentation
- Stay current with design trends and accessibility best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing 10+ projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and prototyping
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals for design-to-handoff workflows
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
