Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, and prototyping
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs for web and mobile applications using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable insights
- Maintain consistent brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional agile teams
