Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes for enterprise web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and competitive analysis
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain and evolve design documentation and style guides
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (usability testing, interviews)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design excellence
