Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-end 2D motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media assets, and web interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to translate static assets into dynamic, engaging, and performance-optimized animations.
- Optimize video and animation files for web performance (loading speeds) without compromising visual quality.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and adhere to strict brand guidelines across all projects.
- Conduct research on emerging animation trends and techniques to keep our work innovative and cutting-edge.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on creative work.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, or motion graphics.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of timing, spacing, easing, and the 12 principles of animation.
- Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Principle is a strong plus.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and technical proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
