The Role:

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-fidelity 2D interfaces and motion graphics for web and mobile applications.
- Create interactive prototypes and wireframes to communicate complex design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure design fidelity and feasibility during development.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive product improvements.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Advocate for the user voice within the organization and mentor junior designers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D interaction design or UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced 2D animation, iconography, and layout skills.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
