Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms to identify passive candidates.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of open requisitions within the staffing agency.
- Build long-term relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical needs.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency operations.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
