Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end technical recruiting processes for niche IT and Engineering roles within the DC metro area.
- Source passive candidates through advanced LinkedIn Recruiter techniques, Boolean search, and industry networking events.
- Conduct rigorous phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand evolving talent needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer extension and onboarding.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize job postings and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of closing roles in the Washington DC market with a focus on technology professionals.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and technical stacks (Java, .NET, Python, AWS).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume agency environment.
