Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end technical recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for software engineering, data science, and IT roles.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub) to build a robust pipeline of qualified talent.
- Manage a high volume of requisitions, ensuring 100% compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job specifications, success metrics, and cultural fit requirements.
- Facilitate the interview process, coordinate logistics, and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of salary trends and competitive advantages within the DC area.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing within the Washington DC metro area.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions (Software Engineering, DevOps, etc.).
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong network of technical contacts and a demonstrated ability to cold outreach effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
