Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced search techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub) to identify and engage passive candidates in software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity.
- Client Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, conducting deep-dive needs analysis to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from pipeline generation and candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain a pulse on market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technology stacks to provide expert counsel to clients.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to track candidate progress and ensure accurate reporting on recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or account management within a staffing agency environment.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of IT roles (DevOps, Java, .NET, Python, AWS) and the ability to decipher complex technical resumes.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Tools: Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo) and advanced Excel skills.
- Drive: Self-motivated hunter mentality with a history of meeting and exceeding placement quotas.
