Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Conduct comprehensive phone and video interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Drive recruitment strategies to meet aggressive monthly and quarterly placement targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT, Engineering, or Engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of technical methodologies, software development life cycles, and relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive recruitment targets in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using social media and professional networking sites for sourcing.
