Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific technical requirements and culture.
- Conduct market research to stay current on compensation trends and talent availability in the New Orleans area.
- Coordinate and conduct technical assessments and interviews with engineering and IT teams.
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences, from application to offer stage.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical staffing or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the IT/software development lifecycle and technical roles (Java, Python, SQL, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites in the Greater New Orleans area.
