Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we meet the urgent hiring demands of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles within the Minneapolis market.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers; negotiate offers and close candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide weekly reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand long-term talent needs.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing agency, or headhunting.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
