Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including Software Engineering, IT Infrastructure, and Data Science.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to identify passive candidates in the Boston market.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle: screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and market trends.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and source of hire, using our ATS.
- Conduct market research to advise clients on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Technical Staffing or Recruitment Agency.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Deep understanding of the Boston tech ecosystem and engineering disciplines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive monthly hiring targets.
