Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT Support.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies on LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search to identify passive talent.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet aggressive monthly targets.
- Conduct compelling phone screens and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand evolving hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume and hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever or Greenhouse.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
