Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation)
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates across platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Manage candidate relationships through personalized communication and interview preparation
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track metrics and optimize recruitment processes
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of compensation trends and talent acquisition strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements per quarter
- Expert knowledge of sourcing techniques and Boolean search strategies
- Familiarity with NYC's tech ecosystem and startup landscape
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage passive candidates
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruitment metrics
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
