Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier software engineers and technical specialists across San Jose's thriving tech ecosystem
- Develop deep relationships with hiring managers at leading companies like Cisco, Adobe, and NVIDIA
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Optimize recruitment strategies using cutting-edge ATS tools and data-driven methodologies
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous improvement of our talent acquisition pipeline
- Represent TechTalent Partners at industry events and tech meetups to expand our talent network
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a proven track record in Silicon Valley placements
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find engineering talent (AI/ML, DevOps, Full-Stack, etc.)
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates across diverse tech stacks
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both candidates and enterprise clients
- Certification in recruiting or HR (e.g., CTS, CSP) preferred
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-level ATS platforms
- Demonstrated success in meeting KPIs for time-to-fill and placement quality
