Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build a diverse pipeline of passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Manage client relationships by understanding their hiring needs, providing market insights, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-fill ratios.
- Collaborate with internal team members to align on talent strategies and market trends.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven success in placing candidates in IT, Engineering, or Software Development roles.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
