As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be the face of our brand, managing the full lifecycle of recruitment for high-demand technical roles while building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, QA, DevOps, etc.)
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through proactive sourcing strategies and networking.
- Manage relationships with key clients, understanding their technical requirements and business goals to deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, behavioral interviews, and technical assessments.
- Negotiate offers and close placements effectively to meet revenue targets.
- Utilize data and market insights to forecast hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting, preferably within a Staffing Agency or Executive Search environment.
- Deep understanding of the Southern California tech market and technical skill sets (Java, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn.
- Strong network of technical professionals and active presence on LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, performance-based environment.
