Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Project Management.
- Utilize social media platforms and professional networks (LinkedIn, GitHub) to source passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure immediate fill rates.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit and skills.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
