Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate recruiter to drive our technical hiring initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing world-class talent for our diverse portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume sourcing strategies to identify top-tier technical talent (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Project Managers) using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from cold outreach and screening to interviewing, assessing, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure consistent delivery of talent.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements, understand company culture, and refine job descriptions.
- Represent our brand at local job fairs, networking events, and industry meetups to enhance our employer reputation.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure both technical competence and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing within the Washington DC metropolitan area.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions and meeting quarterly revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of the local labor market, including federal contracting, defense tech, and corporate sectors.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Ashby).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is strongly preferred.
