Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical and professional roles, from identifying talent to closing offers.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Screen, interview, and present top-tier talent to hiring managers, ensuring a cultural and technical fit.
- Manage relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage candidate onboarding processes seamlessly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive intelligence in the staffing market.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the Oakland and Bay Area job market and competitive landscape.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment and sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet tight deadlines.
