Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of active and passive candidates utilizing advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key hiring managers and clients to understand their specific technical needs and culture.
  • Conduct professional technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and skill level.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Provide market insights and salary benchmarking data to clients.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources, preferably within a staffing agency environment.
  • Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, QA, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel to client sites within the Detroit metro area.
