Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill IT, Engineering, and Software roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking) to build robust talent pipelines.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, offer negotiations, and onboarding support.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored recruiting plans.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets for placements.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, IT staffing, or agency recruiting.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and recruiting tools.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical job functions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and a hunger for high-volume production.
- Valid driverβs license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
