Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume recruitment strategies for mid-to-senior level technical roles, including software engineering, data science, and product management.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to drive repeat business.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track metrics, manage pipelines, and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments, with a proven track record of filling high-volume roles.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various tech stacks (e.g., AWS, React, Python).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed sales and placement targets.
