Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for open Technical roles (IT, Engineering, Software Development).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and culture fit needs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on salary trends and talent availability in the Sacramento and Bay Area markets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop account strategies and increase placement rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or executive search.
- Proven track record of successfully placing IT and Engineering professionals.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of technical skill sets including .NET, Java, Python, Salesforce, and Cybersecurity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet monthly placement goals.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites in the Sacramento area.
