Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for open Technical roles (IT, Engineering, Software Development).
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and culture fit needs.
